StreamSoft runs Cert360 and is the responsible party for the personal information it processes, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
When you apply we keep your company's name and registration number, your name, work email and phone number, and what you tell us about your environment - only to assess the application and to contact you about it.
Each customer's data - its people, certificates and audit trail - is kept in a database of its own, separate from every other customer's. StreamSoft's staff see the account details needed to run the service.
